GINA GENNARO

Color - a love affair at first sight.

Early on, Gina had always envisioned a career in art. Her first gallery opening was at age five. Yes, it was a small, intimate affair in her family’s kitchen, but she sold out every Rorschach butterfly on that refrigerator. At full price.

She used the proceeds from this first successful showing to buy Seven Steps to Heaven, by Miles Davis and a Barbie doll.

The Barbie doll purchases have stopped, but the accumulation of jazz cds continues.

And the fridge art has become a bit more advanced.
